Joanne B. Ciulla JOANNE B. CIULLA is Professor and Coston Family Chair in Leadership and Ethics at the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond. She is one of the founding faculty members of the school. Ciulla also held the first UNESCO Chair in Leadership Studies at the United Nations University International Leadership Academy. She is an author or coauthor of five books, including Ethics, the Heart of Leadership (Praeger 2004), and numerous other publications on ethics and leadership. Ciulla is an Associate Editor of the Leadership Quarterly and sits on the editorial board of Business Ethics Quarterly. Books by this author:
