Patrick B. Johnson PATRICK B. JOHNSON is Professor in the Department of Human Development and Learning at Dowling College on Long Island. Before moving to Dowling, Johnson was a senior fellow and Deputy Director of the Medical Research Division at the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University.
