Michele A. Paludi MICHELE A. PALUDI is Series Editor for the Praeger series in Women's Psychology. Paludi is author or editor of 27 college textbooks, and more than 140 scholarly articles and conference presentations on sexual harassment, psychology of women, gender and sexual harassment, and victimization. Now President of Human Resources Management Solutions and Participating Faculty in the School of Management at Union Graduate College, she has held earlier faculty positions at Franklin & Marshall College, Kent State University, Hunter College, and Union College. Paludi serves as an expert witness for court proceedings and administrative hearings on sexual harassment. Her book, Ivory Power, received the 1992 Myers Center Award for Outstanding Book on Human Rights in the United States. Another one of her books, The Psychology of Women: A Handbook, (Praeger, 1993), won an Outstanding Academic Book Award from the American Library Association. Books by this author:
