Prepublication Endorsements

Authors are responsible for soliciting endorsements and securing a release.

If you decide to undertake this, it is critical that you do so at the earliest possible time. We recommend sending copies of the manuscript rather than waiting for page proofs. Each endorsement must be accompanied by a signed release form using the following wording:

"The publisher has my permission to use my words for promotional purposes."

(Signed) endorser’s full name, title, affiliation as it should appear in print.

Forward all endorsements to your acquisition editor. Note: These comments will be used at the discretion of the marketing department.

Have we left anything out? Please include any additional information that will enable us to market your book effectively.
