Refund Policy
Returns must be accompanied by invoice and will be accepted only within the first twelve months of purchase. All returned products must be in print, unused, and in saleable condition. Please send your prepaid returns to:

Video purchases are nonreturnable. CD-ROM and DVD products must be unopened to be accepted for return. Claims regarding shortages, or damaged or defective materials must be made within 14 days of receipt. Non receipt of an order must be reported within 120 days of the invoice date. Accepted returns will be credited to your account. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be granted only if no account balance is due.

Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. All book orders must be prepaid.
Shipping Methods
Your book order can be shipped via Airborne (Ground, Second-Day, or Overnight service). Please choose Priority Mail for outside the contiguous United States. Please allow 3 business days for second-day delivery and 2 business days for overnight delivery of in stock merchandise. Backorders will ship as the item becomes available. Airborne Ground orders for in stock merchandise generally ship within a business day of the order date.
Before completing your order you can calculate the shipping and tax rates. Refer to the shipping and tax section at the bottom of your shopping cart page.
If you wish to change your shipping method you may do so before completing your online order. Either click on the the shopping cart at the top right of the page to go through the checkout process again using a different shipping method, or use your back button on your web browser to return to the shipping screen, change your shipping method, then click continue at the bottom of the screen to continue checking out.
Cancelling an Order
If you'd like to cancel an online order you've recently placed, you may contact our customer service department at 800.225.5800 between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm ET. As online orders are often shipped the day they are placed, we may be unable to cancel your order. Your customer service representative will be able to advise you of any available options.
